2. Maximum Liability: In no event shall Guidasworld’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guidasworld and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services

2. By You: You may discontinue your use of the Services at any time by canceling your account. However, any accrued obligations will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Benin. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted in the courts of the Republic of Benin, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Guidasworld regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
